These terms govern your use of AnkleTap, an app built by Wonder Vision Labs Ltd ("we," "us"). By downloading or using AnkleTap, you agree to these terms.

Subscription and free trial

  AnkleTap is a subscription app. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and you will be charged the plan price you selected.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancelling during the free trial means you will not be charged.
No refund will be given for the unused portion of a subscription period if you cancel partway through, except where required by applicable law.
Subscription prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

What AnkleTap is for

AnkleTap is a personal productivity tool designed to help with task initiation, routine-building, and self-reflection. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information when signing in and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

AI-generated content

AnkleTap uses AI to generate ritual suggestions and anchor statements based on what you provide. This content is generated automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete. You're encouraged to edit any AI-generated content to fit your needs. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
Use the app to violate any applicable law
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or the services it relies on

Intellectual property

AnkleTap, its design, and its content are owned by Wonder Vision Labs Ltd. Your tasks, voice notes, and personal entries remain yours — we don't claim ownership of content you create within the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

AnkleTap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonder Vision Labs Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AnkleTap after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using AnkleTap and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
